By downloading, installing, or using the LinguaPets app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
LinguaPets is a language learning application that helps users enhance their vocabulary through interactive exercises. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
3. Eligibility
The App is available to all users without any age restrictions. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. User Obligations
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

8. Subscriptions and Payments
LinguaPets may introduce subscription plans in the future, which will provide access to additional features or remove certain limitations. Details of any subscription plans, including pricing, will be made available within the App. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription and to abide by any additional terms associated with the subscription service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ivan Shauchenka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your device or data.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
- Any other matter relating to the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted within the App and the date of the latest update will be noted at the top of the Terms. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

14. Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
16. Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Ivan Shauchenka to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
